Association Board of Directors Meeting Minutes from 9/21/10

Finances $40/month for electric
$1350 landscaping
$125 liability insurance
$2800 to have damaged trees removed
Current status means we won’t have enough to pay for May 2011 landscaping.

First and Second Notices
$380 was received after first notice
$900 still outstanding
$3755 still owed by 4 homes
Some has history of not paying since 2001.

Second notice to be sent Oct. 10th
Past Due Accounts
Contacted an attorney who specializes in collections.
He takes 30%.

Expenses
Need to buy mulch for playground (about $350)
Get mulch free for park walkway but need to pick up and spread
If no pick up trucks available may need to rent one
Community Day, Saturday October 16, 2010 @ 10am
Meet at playground

Plum Creek East needs lights repaired
Wood bridges need to be sealed
Clean pond drain which is clogged
Fences rotting
Entrance pine trees dying and may need to be removed

Discussion
Need to raise annual fee to $100 to cover future expenses
Special assessment of $50 as a cushion in case other issues arise before May
