Finances
$3370 cash on hand, only carries the Association through April/May
Approved a one time $50 assessment in February 2011 as cushion
Notice will be sent to all HOA members of meeting
Meeting to be held at City Hall mid-Feb to discuss finances
Also will increase annual fee as previously discussed to $100
Past Due Accounts
$3129 unpaid annual HOA fees have gone to collections with attorney
$485 made arrangements to pay past due fees
Recent Expenses/Projects
Bought and applied mulch for playground
Received and spread mulch in park walkway
Future Projects
Plum Creek & Plum Creek East need lights repaired
Determine if pond float needs additional repair/replacement
Wood bridges need to be sealed in Spring
Fences are rotting need to plan for replacement
Entrance pine trees dying and may need to removed/replaced
Discussion
2011 will charge interest if HOA fee paid past due
Phil will retire as Treasurer in 2011 so will need new candidates for role
