Follow up to trick or treating police call

Police just left. They are sick of dealing with this neighbor. Issuing a "Dog at Large" ticket. According to him you don't need to have your dog on a leash, but you do need to keep your dog under control. By the way, as soon as the police showed up, they went inside and shut their garage door. Police did have contact with him. He said our dog was close to his yard, the police came back to clarify with me. We were in the middle of the road in between their house and the neighbors house. The office appeared to be irritated with him as well and said he didn't care if our dog was close to his yard or not, he was still getting a ticket.

    Where is the dog located? It would be helpful to know so we can warn the kids to steer clear.
