Trick or treating police call

Just wanted to let the neighbors know that while walking home from trick or treating a certain dog ran out onto the street and bit Jake and scared the living daylights out of Kate. Resulted in me saying a few choice words followed by the certain neighbors yelling "Rednecks living here" I did call the Muskego Police to report this and an officer is on his way. Will add to the post if I become aware of anything further.
